We are Chartered Certified Accountants specialising in accountancy, taxation, and IT services for owner-managed and small business, including start-ups and freelancers.

We are proud to be one of the first accountancy practices to be accredited as a ‘Quality Accountant’ by the Professional Contractors Group, the professional body for freelance consultants and contractors, as having the specialist training and skills needed by freelancers. The scheme gives PCG members access to trusted and credible accountancy advice from a published list of accredited accountants.

Our aim is to 'take the pain away' of the administrative burdens of the accounting and taxation aspects of your business leaving you free to do what you do best and to grow your business.

We offer fixed fees with monthly payment to simplify cash flow. Our fixed-fee services include discussing the best structure for your needs, simple bookkeeping solutions, advice on contracts and tax, registering for VAT and PAYE, preparation of management accounts, operating payroll, completion of VAT returns, correspondence with HM Revenue & Customs, year-end accounts and annual returns, and tax computations. For clients who are limited companies we also provide support on company secretarial matters, maintain statutory registers, handle correspondence with Companies House and prepare corporation tax returns.
